Pricing Transparency
Here get details on how much and how you pay when renting from us depending on the platform or medium used. Remember that, platforms like Airbnb will charge hosts 15% from the listed price paid by client, Booking.com and Expedia.com will charge from 19% to 23%, our internal official site platform is run by a third party who charges 4% from each booking processed. These amounts are included with each pricing across platforms, which means in the end we get what the rack rate price we feature per unit.

This option can be used all across each platform. When you book directly through one of our agents price is as listed on each property description, no taxes are applied so you can save those. Some conditions may apply when on Booking.com or Expedia.com.

PayPal
We accept payments through PayPal, which makes it easier for some clients. This platform will charge the money receiver (us) near 6% of received payments, in the case of Dominican Republic, the original currency you use will be converted to DOP on our end, which will cause a drop in the value. Having said this: client will be requested the price plus 8% on top of it with this option or, be requested to pay the difference upon arrival.

Credit Card or Apple Pay
We do accept credit card or bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and others. Payments can be processed through our POS devices and Apple Pay app. This means 18% country tax and 10% service tax on top of list price. Remember depending on the platform these may vary.
We can process credit card payments without the presence of the guest with proper previous documented authorization. This includes bookings made on external platforms when you provide these details.
Charge will always be DOP since our local banking system will always do the conversion. We calculate in accordance to actual rate.
